Hi,

I had a Deco M5 with two units on my network and some Ezviz cameras. I decided to upgrade to a Deco BE25, using the same Wi-Fi configuration, network name, and password. The first day everything worked fine, but on the second day the cameras started to disconnect without any reason. I decided to replace one of them with another identical camera (all new Ezviz H3c cameras). Again, the first day everything worked fine, and on the second day it started to disconnect from the network.

I had this issue for several days, and tired of the situation, I disconnected my Deco BE25 units and reconnected my old M5 system to test. After a week using the M5, I had no problems with the cameras. So I suspect there’s some issue with the Deco BE25 firmware. I tried disabling Beamforming and Fast Roaming without any luck. To test if there was any Wi-Fi coverage problem, I placed the camera in the same room as the main Deco BE25, but the issue persisted — the camera still disconnected.

@martinroveda Have you tried to change wireless security to WPA2 only? I checked EZVIZ Cams are not supported WPA3/WPA2 mixed.

Please & Thank You !! ❤️

@martinroveda How much Deco BE25 units are you using? Have you tried to use Deco M5 as satellite deco unit and then tried to connect Ezviz Camera? If not you can try this and i hope this will resolve your issue. If not you can try to connect Ezviz Camera directly to Deco BE25 Main Wi-FI not IoT Wi-Fi with the security protocol WPA2 only.

Please & Thank You !! ❤️

@ARGamingPK1 a lot of times when I open Deco app, it said that unit is disconnected from network, then 4 or 5 seconds later i can view all deco units. It doesn't happened when I used only M5 units.
