hoping for some help please at wits end!

I have just installed our three Deco x50 units behind our sky router. The sky router is a late model one so capable of giga ethernet.

Prior to making any changes i would regularly get 450mb/s in a speedtest on a wirelessly connected laptop/phone from the sky router.

Post making changes I'm getting 9... yes 9mb/s from the new Deco wireless network. Sad face.

The sky router is connected via ethernet to a tp-link poe switch. The poe switch is then connected by ethernet to two of the Deco's. The third Deco is then connected wirelessly to the mesh; it's upstairs.

I have the new Deco app (no QoS option), and all the Deco's have had the latest firmware update, I have run network optimisation etc.

Once I had the Deco mesh set up I logged in to sky router and disabled both 2.4 and 5ghz wifi bands, and have also disabled wifi on sky q box.

In terms of troubleshooting I have also rebooted each component.

Still 9mb/s.

I'm completely lost at what's throttling this back. What's crazy is that it is working, just slowly!
