Internet dropout
I've just had a drop out and unsure how to check whether it was my BE65 mesh or my Optus 5g modem. Any tips on how to sift through the logs and see what happened?
Main BE65 is plugged into the 5G modem. Setup is in AP mode.

Can I have the model number of the Optus 5G modem?
Have you seen Deco turn red during the disconnection?
You can find the system log on the web admin UI if you haven't restarted Deco after the disconnection:

@Griffster Maybe your issue is related to subnet mask and i think you can try the beta firmware from the link below.

@Griffster thanks for the tips. I ended up disconnecting from Optus after the horrible experience with support. From memory the status LED was still green which is why I was assuming it was the Optus connection rather than the Deco. Hopefully I don't get the issue going back onto the Telstra connection.
The Optus modem was the Zyxel one.
