Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Followed all the instructions, connected wifi, but Internet went connect. 

 

Old router reconnects no problem when LAN plugged in. 

 

Followed all the videos and trouble shoot videos - no luck..

1. Reboot your devices:
Power off both your modem and router. First, turn on the router and let it fully boot up. Then, power on the modem and wait for it to establish a connection.

2. Change DNS servers:
Log in to your router's web management interface (http://tplinkwifi.net). Go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, and set the DNS servers to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.

3. Clone your old router's MAC address (if needed):
If your old router can access the Internet when directly connected to the modem, but the router still cannot, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > MAC Clone in the router's web interface. For detailed instructions, please refer to this FAQ: How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?
