Model: Archer TBE400UH
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I just got the Archer TBE400 UH and installed the below Driver:

Archer TBE400UH(EU)_V1_20250617,5002.24.126.4_Win10_Win11

Whatever I do, the connection to the Wifi is set up (I get an IP), but it fails to create network connectivity. I can't ping the router via the TP Link Archer. It works fine on my other wireless network card. System is on AMD - Windows 25H2.

Hello@Dancing ,

Welcome to our community.

What is the PC's IP address when you connect it to the TBE400UH? Please send the screenshots with the error message here.

For your case, please try the following suggestions:

1. Disable and re-enable the TP-Link Wi-Fi adapter in your network settings, or restart your computer. This can help reset the network connection and resolve temporary glitches.

2. Make sure your adapter is not restricted by your router's settings. Check for any Parental Controls, Whitelists, or MAC filtering that might block the adapter from accessing the network.

3. Please try disconnecting and reconnecting the adapter, using different USB ports or Ethernet cables, or testing it on another PC. Also, what model is your PC?

If these suggestions don't help, please provide more details about your setup and the results of each step so we can assist you further.
