Do you mean that you want to change TP-Link ID bound to the modem?
At this time, TP-Link does not support changing the email address of an existing TP-Link account or transferring a HomeShield subscription to another TP-Link ID. If you need to use a new email address, you will have to register a new TP-Link ID with the new email and then subscribe to a new HomeShield service under that account.
