Orange light on. Router keeps disconnecting, not won’t connect.
Numerous times this week, my archer ax10 has dropped its connection. I've gone through the trouble shooting process and for some reason it keeps crashing. Very frustrating and it's interrupting my work. Any suggestions?

Toubleshooting has been taking me in circles.
I have become very frustrated with this product as it is now holding up my work and costing me my income.
It would be great to get support from a human being and not a robot.

Hello @steve_summers ,
Welcome to our community.
If the Router Internet LED turns red/orange occasionally, that means its WAN connection is unstable. Here are some suggestions that may help you:
1) Connect a PC directly to your modem to verify if your ISP's Internet is stable.
2) Ensure the Ethernet cable connecting your modem to the Router is properly connected, and replace old wires with new ones.
3) Please change the DNS Server of the Router, log in to the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, and change the two DNS Servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)?
4) Go to Advanced > System > Firmware Update to upgrade the firmware of the Router. How to Upgrade the Firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers?
If these suggestions don't help, please contact local support for faster and further assistance.
