Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.3.1

My failover is actually working but i have read that many people are able to configure manually the health check (ping, interval, ect). is it really possible because i did not find the parameter to do.

My current setup is a main fast internet is on my WAN1 and my LTE backup on WAN/LAN2. The setup work, but im wondering if i can fine tune it to make it faster. Im also wondering if the 1:0 ratio for the load balancing can be a problem, i just do not want any data passing trough my backup unless there"s an outage on my main internet. I have setup a policy rule to insure it, because it turn out that when switching back to the main some data still were passing trough my backup, it seem to be ok now.

Im just trying to get some tip, this is not my line of duty please be kind !

Thank you for your post.
For your question, this article provides detailed instructions—please refer to it.How to Configure Link Backup on Omada Gateway via Omada Controller
You can configure an Echo Server; its purpose is also explained in the article.
After Link-back is properly set up, traffic will normally use the primary WAN; the backup WAN is used only when the primary WAN goes down.
