I'm writing this post to highlight the lack of customer service. I own a Deco during its three-year warranty, and following a fault (after just over two years), both broke (which is already poor quality). The insult came when I contacted customer service for a warranty replacement. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!! I'd say it's shameful and embarrassing for a company like this.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Are you located in Italy?

Have you tried to send an email to the local technical support? Maybe the support hotline is busy at that moment.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

Good morning,
I wrote to all the support addresses available on the site and also to the RMA service. No one ever responded. I called technical support, and the only thing they said they could do was to write to the RMA service themselves, copying their managers. Well, even after 5 phone calls and 4 months of emails, I NEVER received a response. I've never seen such poor service in my life. Considering the product is also under warranty!

  @Argo83

Thank you very much for the update.

I consulted your case with the local support colleagues earlier, and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot for your understanding and support.

Best regards.

Good morning,
I'm sorry it's come to this, but I haven't found any other solution. I've now been contacted by the RMA service, which has linked to my emails from the previous 5 months.
Thank you for your support.
