Hello Vincent,

There is some news regarding the ARP feature ?

I'm still waiting for my easy managed switches to at least report client IPs to controller.

Thanks!

Hi  @GiovaniCafe

Thanks for the feedback.

Please help to confirm the following:

1. Does that mean that when logging into the controller locally, the data graph for the LAN port is not displayed, but it shows normally when logging in through the cloud platform https://omada.tplinkcloud.com?

2. Does this occur on all WAN and LAN ports?

  @268BBA

Thank you for your attention. This requires updating the gateway to support the relevant functionality. The community team won't know the specific plan.

In answer to questions 1 and 2: Yes, when accessing locally, the graphs for the LAN and WAN ports do not appear. When accessing via Omada Cloud, the graphs display normally.

ER8411 v1 already have ARP option but is not working as expected, that's why I am asking.

Thank you !

Hi  @268BBA

Do you mean this feature?

How does it not work as expected? Please give us more details. Thanks.

Ever since I have updated to V6.1.0.11 (and now V6.1.0.17), I can no longer upload firmware files to any of my devices using Safari Version 26.1 (20622.2.11.119.1) on the mac.  For example, I just tried to install SG2210XMP-M2 V1 V1.0.18 to my switch and it fails.

The first time I try to upload, I immediately get a "Upload Failed".  If I try again, it seems to work although when I try to apply the update it immediately fails with "2.5 GB POE Switch upgrade failed: The device failed to download the upgrade file, please check your network configuration and make sure the device can access the Controller's HTTPS management port."

My software controller is on the same network, no firewall involved and this previously worked.  When I use Chrome, I don't get the initial failure when I upload and the update works correctly.
