App is wrong
Recently purchased Deco M4 mesh. The app was saying 3 out of 4 units off line but I could see clients attatched and working. Deco support could not solve it. Amazon said return and they replaced. Installed the new M4 today, and all appeared good till tonight. Then same 3 units showing off line but can see attatched clients. I suppose I will have to start all over again tomorrow.

Hi, I did receive an email on 9th December asking me to download and update the firmware however the system would not update. Can someone admit that the app is not working correctly ?
I have lost count of the hours I have lost trying to get this issue resolved.

Hi, there was some similar feedback in the last few days, such as Incorrectly showing "2 Decos Are Offline" in app.
As for the firmware upgrade, can you temporarily power off the two "offline" Deco M4s and leave the main Deco only, then upload the bin file again?
