Good day!

I have TP-Link M7350(EU) V4.1 Rev1.0. I want to use this device for my DIY Project. But since I haven't use it for so long, when I try to boot it up, it hangs on logo. I tried to replace battery, the same error. Try to use the charger same error. Try to factory reset (10 seconds) same error. It is not detected on my computer even I plug it in. I try to reflash the firmware but since it is not detected, I can't do nothing. Fastboot is not an option since it is not detected. Please help.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

I already tried all of the option, but one thing that I can't do, which is firmware flashing since I can't get my TP Link Mifi to Fastboot. Can you guide me on that process?

Hi, thanks for the message.

If the device can't get into Fastboot mode, it is suggested to contact the local technical support for further assistance:

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

It sounds like your TP-Link M7350 has a corrupted bootloader or a hardware failure. Since the device hangs on the logo and your computer does not recognize it, the internal software cannot start the USB communication driver. This prevents standard flashing or reset methods from working. Try holding the Reset and Power buttons together for 30 seconds while plugged into a wall outlet. If it remains stuck, Ome TV, the internal storage chip may be permanently damaged. For your DIY project, you might need a different unit.
