Hi,

If tplinkwifi.net doesn't work, then try using the actual IP address of the router to access the web GUI. On a freshly reset AX1500 router that would be http://192.168.0.1.

Ok, I see.

Yes, it has been quite common for TP-Link's routers to automatically redirect the browser to tplinkwifi.net, which theoretically should also open the webGUI of the router.

But this only works when the router can "see" that someone tries to access tplinkwifi.net. Modern web browsers like Chrome and Edge have a privacy feature called "secure DNS" that encrypts DNS requests between the browser and the DNS server. If that feature is active the router cannot know that the browser tries reach tplinkwifi.net.

You can only hope that TP-Link removes this redirect thing in a future firmware version.
