Hi,

 

I created a new TP-Link ID and moved my network over to the new one because I lost access to the old email (old ISP email that was discontinued). (I tried changing the email first but I was told by support this is not possible)

 

I want to move my active in-app purchases to my new ID. This account is on the old ID so that you can verify that I have active subscriptions.

 

Please let me know how to proceed. I can't find any button to restore purchases in the Deco-app. I've used my apple account to purchase the subscriptions.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Can I have the firmware version of your Deco X50-5G?

You can change the owner account to another new email ID: How to change the owner account on the Deco APP

But the HomeShield subscription can't be switched. Users might need to cancel the subscription on the previous email, then purchase again with the new email ID.

The subscription is a yearly plan and canceling does not make any difference. It wont allow me to buy a new one because one is already active on my new Apple ID.

 

Guess I'm out of options having all the extra features then, suppose my only option is to replace my entire Deco-system then because it's a long tilt until the subscriptions cancel..

 

i already swapped the owner to a new e-mail, so that does not make any difference at all.
