Hello! This is not about TP Link product but this community is always very helpful to me even if I'm not using a TP Link product. Thank you so much.

So we have Huawei router and Tenda mesh. Everything is fine for everyone. I don't broadcast the router so they all connect to the mesh.

However just recently, my sister can't connect to the Internet. It shows that she is connected but there is no data.

We have tried:

1. The usual reset modem, restart PC, and basic stuff.

2. Broadcast both 2.4g and 5g, she can connect but no data.

3. Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver

4. Disabling and Enabling the driver

She can connect to any other wifi and hotspot and get data. Her laptop is Acer Nitro 5.

All of us (except her) can connect to our wifi and mesh and get data no problem. She is the only one who can't get data.

She wants to bring her laptop to a technician but I assume they won't be able to fix it because the problem is with our specific wifi in the house. I don't think it's a hardware problem because she can connect to other wifi.

She recently installed VPN for her games but she already uninstalled it and has the same problem.

For now, I let her use LAN, but we really need to have this issue fixed.

Please let me know if you can think of a solution or if you need more info. I really appreciate it! Thank you so much!

  @xReina ,

Thank you for your recognition.

If a specific device experiences a network outage when connected to a particular network, we suggest you check the following two points:

1. Check your PC's wireless settings. Is it set to static IP?

2. Check the router settings,

1)Check Access Control settings:
• In the web interface or the Tether app, review the Access Control settings to ensure your device is not accidentally blocked.

2)Check Parental Control profiles:
• In the web interface or the Tether app, verify that your device is not included in any Parental Control profile that might restrict Internet access.

If you don't know how to check router settings, you can consult your router's Technical Support.
