Problème débit sur la bande des 5Ghz Archer BE550
Bonjour,

Hi @Joseph-TP,
I’m not sure what happened exactly, but I’ve managed to recover full throughput on the 5GHz band (2.5Gbps) after performing a factory reset on the BE550. Thank you for your response and for helping me find a solution to this issue

Hello @Zedas ,
Welcome to our community.
According to Google Translate, your question is that the 5Ghz speed is slow. If there is any discrepancy, please describe it in English.
Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help you:
- Go to Parental Control, and make sure no parental control profile is configured.
- If your 5GHz wireless speed is slow, try changing the 5GHz Wi-Fi channel in Advanced > Wireless Settings on the web interface. Test different channels to find the best one for your environment.
- Go to Advanced > NAT Forwarding > UPNP and disable UPNP. Also, go to Advanced > Security and disable SIP ALG. These features can affect Wi-Fi performance and speed test results.
- When using Speedtest by Ookla, try selecting different servers, as some may provide better speeds than others.

Hello @Joseph-TP,
I'm strictly using 'AP Mode'. Switching Wi-Fi channels hasn't helped, and my 5GHz throughput remains unchanged.
I have to use my ISP router's Wi-Fi to get proper 5GHz speeds again

Hello @Zedas ,
Thanks for getting back to me.
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
ISP modem—BE550)))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )
What about the wired speed and 2.4GHz speed of the BE550 in AP mode? If the wired speed of the BE550 is still not ideal, please test the ISP router's wired speed.
Or change the cable and try a different LAN port on the ISP router.
What if you switch BE550 to wireless router mode? Will you get a proper speed?
