Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20250905 Rel. 39233(4555)

Hi there!

I've started getting problems with my AX23 router almost 2 weeks ago.

The problem Im having when I'm on my computer, it looses connection to internet(I'm connected by cable between router and computer), I also loosing my connection to the internet, I also have problems logging in to the routers website by ip-adress, internet then comes and goes.

I've tried rebooting it atleast 5 times in the past 3 days.

Should I factory reset it or do you guys have another solution?

Kind regards

Daniel

Hello @D-Son93 ,

Welcome to our community.

When the internet goes down, will the light turn orange/red? Please determine whether the problem is your router or your ISP by connecting your PC directly to the modem to test internet access. If the Internet is not working, please contact your Internet service provider (ISP).

If the ISP network remains active when the Archer AX23 loses internet, you can try cloning your PC's MAC address.  How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?

For further analysis, please help us collect the following info:

1. Have you noticed when the problem started? Have you recently changed any settings, such as updating firmware or adding network units?

2. If you recently updated the firmware, have you noticed what the previous firmware version was (1.1.1 or 1.1.2)? What are the differences in network stability before and after the firmware update?

3. Have you enabled any advanced features, such as VPN or EasyMesh? If possible, please provide more details about the settings for these features.

4. What steps have you tried to restore stability, such as resetting or changing DNS? What were the results?
