Paying money for Security+
Payed a lot of money for this router, but you have nothing to see, also payed for Security+ whichs shows only counter for a device, but what it is blocking ????
Device is great, but firmware is very amateuristic, then I've to say ASUS is much better, where I came from.
Hardware is quick, but that's it. Can I trust it, no idea. Is it safe, no idea.
If you pay a lot for a router, why do you have to pay extra?
So feature request, we payed a lot, be more open and show things like logging, show professional layout. Cause if show something, we can say something, now you get updates and I'm scratching my head, what da hack was done!

Hello @mizwdev ,
Welcome to our community.
Please ensure you purchased the Security+ service using the correct account and that it has been successfully applied. Please refer to suggestions of General questions about HomeShield Subscription Service?
Could you tell me what specific features I can see after applying the service? If convenient, please provide relevant screenshots.

It is active in my account.
It is blocking for instance something for Samsung soundbar, saying malware. But it would be nice if you see what is the malware instead of only saying malware.
Of course you can create exception, but you say hi malware please come and get me :-(
It is stupid that you can't allow specific malware (or what TPlink sees as malware) for that device.

Hello @mizwdev ,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Could you tell me if the Security+ service is experiencing the same things on other devices?
We value your feedback and suggestions. If convenient, could you please provide some relevant screenshots? This would help us with further analysis and future feature improvements.
