Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot:
1. Check Parental Controls:
• If you have set up parental controls on your router, make sure your TV is not restricted. Remove your TV from any parental control profile if necessary.
2. For Wired Connections:
• If your TV is connected via Ethernet cable, check if the cable is securely connected and not damaged.
• Try using a different Ethernet port on the router and a different cable if possible.
• Ensure the TV is not connected to a port configured for IPTV (if you have set up IPTV on your router).
3. For Wireless Connections:
• Try connecting your TV to the router’s guest network to see if it can access the internet.
