Hi
I don't know what to do anymore. I often have to restart my router because some devices lose the wifi and it is impossible to reconnect them.
By deactivating wifi 7 I notice that the problem is less frequent but comes back anyway. I deactivated the guest wifi, the iot, it happens again. I am discouraged by this router. Easymesh is deactivated too. What to do?

Hello @SebasLag ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ISP modem—BE700)))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

Have you created an EasyMesh Network?

Which wireless clients are most likely to lose network connectivity? Have you compared with the wired clients?

If the instability only occurs on wireless clients, please try the following suggestions:

    1) Make sure the Router is properly placed; it should be put in an open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
    2) Change the wireless channel to another one. You may refer to
Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
    3) Change channel width to avoid interference. For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 2.4GHz channel width to 20MHz; for 5 GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 5GHz channel width to 80MHz or 40MHz, etc.
