Hi,
for some reason, when I go to gov websites, I always get this error.
I have no parent controls set or home shield. I'm also using wifi router as my operational method.
please can someone help. If I switch to mobile data, it works fine. This happens on all my devices

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
May I know your internet service provider?
Have you tested on different browsers, Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge?
Please also refer to this link to set the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to see whether it helps:

Thanks for the update.
Have you also tested on different browsers?
By the way, may I know your internet service provider?
-If possible, it is also recommended to connect a laptop via an Ethernet cable directly to the ISP modem to test whether this site is accessible in case there is any limited access on the ISP service.

Hi, thank you very much for the update.
I'd like to follow up on your case via email and ask the senior engineer for further assistance.
Later, could you please update the email with a screenshot of the IPV4 settings on the Deco APP, especially the IPV4 subnet mask?
By the way, I noticed you had the Deco for a while. Did the issue start recently?
Do any of the laptops support Ethernet connection? Have you tried to connect the laptop directly to the fiber box to test whether it can access vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.
