I've just changed phones and when i log into the Deco app my network does not appear.

Its asking me to register my network again!

 

i've seen messages on here with people having the same issue

Mods, please can you reach out to me so that i can get this fixed asap?

 

i really do not want to have to reset up everything again

Hi, welcome to the community.

Apart from the community registration email, do you have another TP-Link email ID?

I found that the MAC-bound account ID is not the same as the account ID number of the provided email address. It is very likely that you used to set up the Deco BE65 under a different email.
