Model: Deco S7
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.2 20240927 rel 68997

I've just bought an S7 kit with 3 routers.

I followed the phone setup & quickly got the first device working. However, I couldn't get either of the other 2 devices to connect as they couldn't be found, even though they were close by.

I then reset using the bottom button on a couple of devices & now nothing works.

The main one blinks blue & can't be seen by the app.

I think it's best to start from scratch but can't see how.

Please can anyone advise how to start over?

Thanks.

Hi, the factory reset of Deco only needs holding the reset pinhole for 1s.

You can refer to the setup video here:

Best regards.

No, that wasn't the solution.

I've contacted TP Link support now.

@Muggo Sounds like your Deco S7 setup got a bit tangled. The easiest way to start fresh is to factory reset all units. Hold the reset button on each router for about 10–15 seconds until the LED flashes yellow, then release. Make sure all units are powered and close together. Then open the Deco app and start the setup from scratch with just the main unit first. Once it’s online, you can add the other two units one at a time. That usually clears any leftover config issues.
