Hi everybody,

I hate to be this forum member who registers to ask for help, but I am going berserk.

I have a Deco mesh E4-R (US) and I need to disable smart connect in order to be able to use my smart doorbell. I have tried everything I can think of and I cannot for the life of me find out where I can disable it.

I have the Deco App and I have navigated it for a couple of hours and I cannot find any configuration screen where I could disable it. I can get into wifi config and change the SSID and password, but nothing else. I had a look at the app manuals and I can see where the config is supposed to be, but on my app it is not. I did a search on the app and nothing. 

I can enter the Main hub through the net, but same thing, no way to disable smart connect.

So, having spent the best part of a day messing with the mesh, I decided it was time to ask for help from the people who know. Please, can somebody tell me how/where I can disable smart connect so I can connect my ringbell?
