Hi when ive tried blocking certain websites I had same issue like yourself where there would be numerous domains with the say tiktok name in it, 

I would add the multiple domain names amd found out that you have a certain limit you can add as a total to block. 

What ive done in my case to get around it that seemed to work for me (Ax72 user also) was say input say tiktoc but put a . Straight after and leave it as that or just input the word tiktoc and any domain that has that word in it should block it completely

It works for blocking on the PC, but not phone or iPad..

bare with me, 

I'll try to get screen shots of my settings and see if they are the same for you, 

I have a mixture of platforms in my house 

Apple, android and PC and it works for me. 

Can I confirm your devices (apple,android) dont have vpn running on them as this will stop the parental/website blocking work. 

Also do you have the family profile setup with said devices added to the profile as ive spent a long time chasing my kids devices making sure they couldn't get around this issue as kids do what they do best and find ways around the system😒

I also pay for the monthly subscription and I have the app block feature ( not sure if that comes free or with the subscription and I know that it definitely blocks on my sons apple and android device.  

Long story short I had built a wired infrastructure in my property where I wanted all devices that could be hard wired to be wired, 

When I then set up the restrictions I didnt notice at first that the restrictions only worked on the wired mac/ip adress, I then had to add both wired and wireless ip/mac address to the profile and then it worked for a time being until my eldest son realised if a vpn is running (thanks to google and friends online telling him) stops the restrictions working on the device. 

I would then have to reboot say my top floor ax72 so the Internet connection was dropped to his devices which in turn dropped his vpn connection( I added vpn to the block list) then it would let the restrictions start before then vpn be activated again.

I can see the acess to the tiktok even if it says blocked in the family portion of the tether app, they are not using VPN, but I use VPN almost everyday for work.
I have no app block feature, it costs more than the router for 1 year subscription.
I am tired of this now, and changed the password on wi-fi, so they can forget internet at home when they refuse to listen.
