Model: Archer AX55
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.10 Build 20251119 rel.50509(4555)

Good morning.

I'm encountering a problem. My router restarts when I try to access the admistration/tp-link panel while connected to the network via OpenVPN.
Remote management is disabled for security reasons.

I should mention that I upgraded from the AX1800 model, which didn't have this problem, and I can connect to the router without any problems via VPN.

Hello @niepozorny ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know the  WAN Connection Type of your router? Is it PPPoE or Dynamic IP?

In addition, we have released a new official firmware; you can manually install it for a try: Archer AX55_V1_1.5.11 Build 20251119

The firmware release time varies by region, and you can find the firmware on the official website afterward.

The tech team has been made aware of your case; they will likely reach out to you via email to continue troubleshooting. Please check your email inbox and confirm.

Hi  @Joseph-TP,

Thank you for your reply. My WAN connection type is Dynamic IP.
