Model: Archer TX20U
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 5001.19.113.2

My TX20U keeps disconnecting. I tried new and old drivers, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 slots. The product frequently disconnects from and reconnects to the computer. Sometimes it doesn't reconnect until I completely shut down and restart the computer. I've tried it on various computers, but the result is the same. What should I do?

Hello @Toygar ,

For your case, here are some additional troubleshooting steps that may help:

1. Disable built-in Wi-Fi adapter: If your computer has a built-in Wi-Fi adapter, disable it in Device Manager to avoid interference with the TX20U.
2. Disable power-saving mode: Power-saving settings can cause disconnections.
3. Check USB Root Hub power settings: Go to Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controller > USB Root Hub, double-click it, then go to Properties > Power Management > uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Do this for each USB Root Hub and restart the computer.
4. Move closer to your router: Try positioning your computer within 10-15 feet of your router for better signal strength to rule out signal issues.
5. Verify network stability: Connect another device to the same Wi-Fi to confirm the network itself is stable.
