Model: Archer T3U Plus
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello @salvu ,

According to Google Translate, your question is about the unstable connection on Archer T3U plus. If there is any discrepancy, please describe it in English.

May I know the driver on your PC now? Please refer to the suggestions of the following link:  Windows System 1030.52.731.2025 May Cause Signal Drop and Instability with WiFi 4/5 USB Adapters

Re:MI ADAPTAPTADOR WIFI SE DESCONECTA SOLO Y TIENE PICOS DE INESTABILIDAD

Hey there, thanks for getting back to me! It seems like the issue isn’t just tied to the Windows version or the driver. The adapter is disconnecting at the USB level—Windows even plays that familiar USB disconnect/reconnect sound, which is what’s causing the network drop. I’ve noticed this happening on multiple PCs with the same Archer T3U Plus model, even after trying out different drivers and forcing it to use the 5 GHz band. So, it looks like this isn’t merely a problem with wireless signal instability; it’s more about an intermittent USB disconnection. This suggests there might be a compatibility issue, a power management glitch, or even a hardware problem with the Archer T3U Plus. Is there any official fix out there, like a specific firmware, driver version, or recommended setup, to stop the device from physically disconnecting from the system? Thanks!

  @salvu ,

It seems you have tried different PCs to test the Archer T3U connection, but the connection remains unstable.

When did you buy the adapter? If it is still within the warranty period, please contact Local Support for further assistance.

  @Joseph-TP ,
I bought it about 7 months ago, and it's been malfunctioning like this for about two months now. I don't think it's covered under warranty. I'd still like you to provide a solution, since this seems to be a common problem for users of this product.
