Solution LAN connections broken after upgrading Firmware - Archer BE550
My Archer BE550 got upgraded yesterday to version 1.2.2 Build 20251209 rel.57736(4555). Since then, my LAN connections are not working anymore ( 1 Windows 11, 1 Mac, 1 TV).
Sometimes I manage to make it work by powering off/on. The connection with the router is fine, but the browser keeps waiting forever to load the web pages. The wifi connections are fine.
I rely on the LAN connection for my work, so this issue is critical for me.
Thanks.

Hi Joseph, yes my topology is ISP modem—BE550)))((( client devices
On version 1.2.1 only the wifi disconnects then reconnects within about 5 or 10 seconds (no matter how I configure it)
On version 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 the LAN and the wifi don't drop connection but instead it says there is no internet connection and stays connected but without internet, it stays that way for about 30 seconds to a minute.
During this time I see no difference with the LED's on the router.
If I remove the TP-Link and put the supplied ISP router back in place I have no issues.
This router has ha connection issues since I set it up and on previous firmware version, when the connection is up the access and speed are great, its just very frustrating to be working from home when my connection is so unstable.
Regards
Chris

Hello @Casbury67 ,
Thanks for getting back to us.
If your ISP router can access a stable network, please do a Mac clone for the Archer BE550. Please refer to Situation 2 of How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?
When the network drops, can your clients get IP addresses? You can refer to How to find IP address on your devices.
The tech team has been made aware of your case; they will likely reach out to you via email to continue troubleshooting. Please check your email inbox and confirm.
