Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

When my Deco network is up and running, it works rock solid. Performance is excellent, including IPv6 and 6 GHz on supported clients. However, about once a week, one of my three Deco XE75 Pro nodes (and occasionally the Deco X50 Outdoor) goes offline in the Deco app and shows a solid red LED. The only way to recover the affected node is to unplug it from power for a few minutes and plug it back in. After that, it immediately reconnects and works normally again.

All nodes are connected wirelessly to the main Deco, which operates in router mode. Signal strength to the main node is reported as Medium or Strong for all units. There are no performance or stability issues as long as the nodes remain connected. This feels like a recovery or firmware issue rather than a signal or configuration problem. A mesh node should be able to recover from a temporary connection loss without requiring a manual power cycle.

Is this a known issue and is there any planned firmware fix?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Can I have the firmware version of the Deco XE75 Pro as well as the Deco X50-Outdoor?

How about the network maps on the Deco App, such as:

-Are Deco units scattering on different floors?

-As satellite units work in the same way, it is recommended to swap the location of the satellite Deco XE75 Pros to see if it is always the remote units that randomly drop out.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
