Recently the parental controls have ceased working. It shows that the device is online but does not limit the time anymore. It also is hit or miss if it limits websites listed in the block section. Any ideas what can be done?

Do you get the Deco from your internet service provider? Can I also have your ISP?

 

Have you tested to create a different Parental Control profile for other devices, or adding another device to the same profile? Would the same issue continue?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Can I have the model number as well as the firmware version of your Deco?

Did the "Block" button on the Parental Control profile still work as expected?

It is also recommended to submit a Deco App log and add the unblocked websites in the email content.

the firmware is 

2.0.14build20250828 rel15035

yes when I hit block device it does work. (But then I need to remember to turn it on the next morning and can't limit the amount of time/website access  if I am not home

Hi, I have tried changing the profile and devices around with no success. I honestly don’t know what my isp number is sorry, but yes I received my deco from primus .
