Is HX510 and X50 incompatible?
Hi team,
I have X50 as my main router and wanting to us HX510 for mesh (without Ethernet) but doesn't seem to work, is it because of compatibility issue? If that's the case which model is compatible with X50? Is X58 compatible?

Hi, HX510 can't pair with Deco X50. It doesn't support Deco Mesh and Deco X50_V1_2.1.0 Build 20251017, Rel.64404 doesn't support EasyMesh either.

Can I have the firmware version of your Deco X50?
If you need an extra satellite Deco unit, Deco X58 would be a better choice than HX510:

The firmware version is 2.1.0 Build 20251017 Rel.64404
Should HX510 still be able to pair to x50? When I try to add another deco (HX510) it tell could not be found even with HX510 flashing blue light.
