I'm inbetween ISP providers and only have my phone hotspot.

Is it possible to just plug in my phone using the USB port and use the hotspot as an internet source?

I was kinda excited when I saw the app was called 'Tether' but turns out it doesn't do what I think it does..

Hi,

As per my knowledge, at present only the router models TL-WR1502X, TL-WR3002X, TL-WR3602BE and Archer BE900 V2 support "USB Tethering".
