Does BE900 V1 support BE900 V2 or V2.6 firmware
TP Link has become so unreliable taking its customers for granted. It's ridiculous stopping support for a high end router costing more than half a lakh within a year of its release. Will your useless BE900 V1 at least support firmwares of BE900 V2 or V2.6?

It's not possible to use a FW release for a different HW version device to upgrade yours:
Here's how to recognize which HW vesrion you should choose when you upgrading/downgrading your router FW.
HW version compatibility:
Vx.0=Vx.6/Vx.8/Vx.9(eg:V1.0=V1.6/V1.8/V1.9)
Vx.x0=Vx.x6/Vx.x8/Vx.x9 (eg:V1.20=V1.26/V1.28/V1.29)
Vx.30=Vx.32/Vx.33 (eg:V3.30=V3.32/V3.33)

Hello @vikrams ,
Welcome to our community.
May I know where you bought the router and where you use it?
What exactly do you mean by "stopping support"? Would you mind providing a relevant link or a screenshot?
