RE450 AC1750 won't connect to the internet with Optus Ultra WiFi Modem (Gen 2)
Had been using the extender with no issues on the older Gen 1 modem. Updated to Gen 2 with a new plan and now I can not get the extender to connect to the internet.
Able to get the wifi connected no issues- but nothing I do gets the internet to work with it.
I have tried everything on these threads I could find - any help with be greatly appreciated

Hello @Macmx5 ,
Thanks for getting back to us.
What if you connect the RE450 back to the previous router? Can it be connected again?
For more suggestions, you can refer to What should I do if I fail to configure TP-Link Range Extender?

Hello @Macmx5 ,
If you changed to a new router, you need to reset the extender and configure it again.
With the power on, Use a pin to press and hold the Reset button until all the LEDs turn on momentarily to reset the extender.
