Hi just installed your new modem router with optus had Optus modem router before plugged phone cable as per instructions but doesn't work what do I need to do cheers

First, please ensure everything is configured correctly: Connect the DSL cable to the DSL port on your TP-Link modem router. Wait for the DSL LED to start flashing and then become solid (this may take 1-2 minutes). Please refer to the step-by-step video guide.
Note: If you have an NBN box and are using an Ethernet cable instead of a phone cable, you should set the modem router to Wireless Router Mode. Instructions for this can be found in the same guides above.
If you follow these steps and still cannot connect, please double-check your connection details with Optus, and ensure the phone cable is securely connected to the correct port.
