You made new version of Archer VX1800v and again not put inside any of NAT SECURITY? What kind of mind is this?

Would you mind providing more details about NAT SECURITY? In other words, what changes would you like to see?

@Joseph-TP Thank you for asking. When connecting to a virtual server via modem over the internet, it needs to check which IP address I'm connecting from. If some IPs on the blacklist are connecting to NAT, it should DROP connection request or if connection request comes from a whitelist it can ALLOW that connection.

Hi @ismailakarim ,
Thanks for getting back to us.
It seems you're looking to implement IP-based access control for incoming connections to your virtual server (port forwarding) on your DSL modem router, allowing you to whitelist or blacklist specific external IP addresses attempting to connect from the internet.
For this, it is recommended to send feedback on the Feature Request board.
Best Regards.

Of course. I've seen ALLOW or DROP standards for externally connected IPs on every modem with NAT forwarding. It's just that your modem doesn't have this. If we can allow NAT usage and install virtual servers, shouldn't this also be a necessity?

Totally get your frustration having NAT SECURITY missing is a big gap. By the way, for anyone looking to manage their router settings safely, I’ve found dk999 login really straightforward and secure for quick access.
