HI there

I just wanted to reply to the thread :

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/749900?moduleId=85

to indicate that I have the exact same issue but it's locked....

I am disappointed because I bought this equipment as mid-to-high-end TP Link brand equipment, including the router, hoping for maximum compatibility. And the only response from support is to recommend exchanging it for another card ?! I am disappointed because I bought this equipment as mid-to-high-end TP Link brand equipment, including the router, hoping for maximum compatibility.

Im' waiting for a solution that doesn't suggest to throw to the bin the card anbd get another model

Thank you

Hi,

This is certainly very unfortunate and I feel sorry for you, but I have to agree with the response from the support.

The Archer T6E uses a "BCM4352" Wi-Fi chip made by Broadcom. Given the date of this press release

web.archive.org/web/20120106092922/https://www.broadcom.com/press/release.php?id=s637241

that chip was designed more than 14 years ago.
