Merhaba değerli TP Link destek yetkilileri,

Ürün hakkında şöyle  bir sorun yaşıyorum :

Uzun süredir kullandığım ürününüzde bir sıkıntı yaşamadım fakat 2 gündür internet bağlantısında sorun yaşıyorum ( ......_EXT uzantılı bağlantıya erişim reddi alıyorum veya kaydedildi , şifrelendi yazısı yazıyor bu bölümün alt kısmında .)

Summary: I am experiencing a "Saved, Secured" error with my TL-WA854RE V4. Even though it shows green signal lights, I cannot access the internet through the _EXT network.

( Türkiye'den yazdığım için de biraz hatalı ifade etmiş olabilirim üzgünüm)

Anlayışınız için teşekkür ederim iyi çalışmalar dilerim.

Hello @21MuhammedCan ,

Welcome to our community.

It seems that you are experiencing a situation where your device shows a 'Saved, Secured' message and you cannot access the internet when connected to your Range Extender's Wi-Fi (_EXT network), even though the signal lights are green.

Here are some steps you can follow:

• If only the Power light is on and other LEDs are off, or if the Signal light is red:
    • Make sure the extender is within the Wi-Fi range of your main router. Try moving it closer to the router.
    • Restart both your router and the extender.
    • If it doesn't help, perform a hard reset on the extender and set it up again.

• If the Signal/2.4G/5G lights are on:
    • Ensure your main router's Wi-Fi is working correctly by connecting a device directly to the router.
    • Restart both your router and the extender.
    • Update the extender's firmware to the latest version.
    • Disable any MAC address filtering or Access Control features on your router, as these can block devices from connecting. If you need help, please contact your router's support.
    • Compare the IP address your device receives when connected to the router and when connected to the extender. If they are not in the same network segment, enable the DHCP server on the extender.
