Deco X20 - owner doesn't change even after email confirmation
I have two X20s (set A) working as a pair on my home network. They are fine and have worked well for 3+ years. (Although they seem due new software by now.)
A friend has been given another pair of X20s (set B) already configured with an SSID that (a) needed a new SSID/password and (b) to have the owner changed.
Set B were connected to my home network. They appeared fine, the SSID and password were changed and iOS devices could be connected and get internet connectivity. Using one of those devices, the Deco App showed the original owner. The original owner password was entered and then the new owner email. The new owner received a confirmation that the ownership had changed. The Deco app was relaunched and the screens prompted to connect and got the Bind prompt. However, the owner hadn't changed.
Have tried this a couple more times (and the email confirmation has been received). Is there a way to get it to stick? Or do I have to do a full reset and start again from scratch? If so, can a second pair of X20s be configured on the same network as a separate pairing?
