Firmware Version: 1.2.10 Build 20251212 Rel. 17384

My Deco seems to be causing issues with Facebook on my iPhone. When accessing Facebook most of the videos tend to buffer and when I click to view comments they don't load until I come out to the comments and click back into them again. 

 

When I disconnect from wifi and access it Facebook from my mobile data it works fine so is definitely an issue with my deco. My phone isn't link to a profile in the deco app. No filters are on and I don't subscribe to the advance parental controls.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Have you tried to set the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4: How to change DNS server settings on my Deco

How about other network devices? Do they run into a similar issue with the iPhone when using the Facebook App?

Can I have the model number and OS of the iPhone?

 

Are you able to consistently reproduce the issue on the iPhone?

By the way,  may I know your Internet service provider?
