Unknown PIN after firmware update
Hello,
I found an Archer VR1200v router at home that I now wanted to put back into operation.
The first thing I did was install the latest firmware update:
"Archer_VR1200vv111.0.0.0_0.8_up_boot(181024)_2018-10-24_16.21.45".
After the reboot, however, the SSID changed. It now has "@unity" appended, and the device PIN is no longer accepted.
How can this happen? I have already performed several resets, but nothing changed.
Can anyone help me?

Due to the specialized nature of the firmware on your device, our ability to provide troubleshooting may be limited.
For the PIN code, refer to page 28 of the Archer VR2100v(EU)_V1_User Guide.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, we recommend contacting your Service Provider who supplied the device or local support, as they are best suited to provide the necessary assistance for your device.

@Joseph-TP Thank you very much for your help.
The firmware was in Italian, which is why I was looking for the German firmware.
Unfortunately, I found the wrong version online, so that was my mistake.
With the incorrect firmware, the access password was also changed, which I obviously do not know. As a result, the device is unfortunately nothing more than a paperweight.

@Joseph-TP Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, I do not know the new password, and the default password printed on the label does not work either. The firmware I installed has overwritten everything.
