Since I'm increasingly receiving spam calls from foreign phone numbers on my landline, I've been wondering why the call blocking settings don't allow you to simply block all calls from a specific country using, for example, +91* or 0091*. I don't know anyone in that country anyway, so it doesn't matter if it's completely blocked. Alternatively, it would be an option to block all calls from abroad, not just from a specific country.

Unfortunately, the block list is limited, and since the spam calls always come from a different number, it's impossible.

If there's another TP-Link modem that offers this feature, I'd be happy to switch.

Hello @Madben ,

Welcome to our community.

The current call-blocking functionality in TP-Link DSL modem routers typically allows you to add individual phone numbers manually to the block list but doesn't support pattern matching or wildcard entries.

For specific information about whether any TP-Link modem models offer advanced call blocking features like the ones you're looking for, or to submit this as a feature request for future firmware updates, please click here

Best Regards.
