From the start of the week my mifi keeping losing internet connection even though it has a full signal have plenty of data et etc could my device be broke has anyone else encountered this?

How long have you had the M7350?
Have you tested with another SIM card?
How about the "Connection status" on the M7350 when the internet drops out:
-If it is "Connected" and has a valid IPV4 address, it is recommended to change the wireless channel to 11 under Advanced>Wireless>Basic settings.
