Network Configuration:
• ISP: Excitel Broadband
• Connection Type: PPPoE
• Location: India


Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed:
• Updated firmware to latest version available
• Configured MTU to 1492 (as per ISP requirement)
• Set LCP Echo Interval to 30 seconds, LCP Echo Failure to 5
• Changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
• Replaced ethernet cables
• Factory reset

Hi,

 

The lines from the system log you posted show the re-connection sequence of the PPPoE connection.

 

However, whatever caused the PPPoE connection to disconnect must have happened prior to 2026-02-08 12:14:06 ppp[9721]: <6> 261026 pppoe send PADT due to(resending PADI)

Ok. So after "led-controller[1635]: <6> 288051 Start to run WAN1_ON" it goes right back to "ppp[9721]: <6> 261026 pppoe send PADT due to(resending PADI)" ?

 

That is weird.

 

Anyway, the log messages you posted earlier look normal. Basically the same that I see on my Archer router.

  @woozle  it's connected however no internet and it goes on for almost 5 minutes, I did not paste full log.. I just pasted part of it.. it suddenly disconnects and connection process goes on for a while almost 5 minutes then automatically start working.. this happens many times in a day
