I have fibre to a 3 deco set up, main deco wired to router, out of deco to tp 5 gigabit splitter, on to 2 other decos,
speeds off 550+ at the 1st deco, but only 12-15 at the other 2?
both are separately hard wired from the splitter, all set up with white light on,
runs of 20m cable each deco,
Because hard wired, why such a loss in speeds?

Hi, welcome to the community.
Can I have the model number as well as the firmware version of your Deco?
How about the model number of the gigabit switch?
Have you checked the Mesh Backhaul type on the 2 satellite Decos, such as:
