TX50E doesnt work

So, the card doesn't show up on my computer, i checked everywhere. I downloaded the drivers from the TP-Link support website, but that didn't help either (I don't have a CD slot). Does anyone know what I can do? Is a refund the only option? My old TP-Link PCI Express card works fine, so I don't understand what the problem is. Regards

Hi,
The B450 Tomahawk Max should have a total of five PCI Express slots. Have you already tested the TX50E in more than one slot?
Also, do you at least see the Bluetooth part of the TX50E show up in the Device Manager? (shown as "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)")
