Deco X60 EU V3.20 Firmware 1.4.0 missing settings WPA3 selection, 160MHz, Connection Preferences
Hi TP-Link team,
I’m using a 3-pack of Deco X60), all units are Hardware V3.20 EU
After updating to firmware: 1.4.0 Build 20241212 Rel. 48194
I noticed multiple features/settings are missing from the Deco app UI compared to before the update.
- Client settings missing
- Connection Preferences disappeared (can’t set preferred Deco node / preferred band).
- Option to disable/enable “Mesh Technology” per device is gone.
- Device details no longer show the connected Deco node / band info as before.
- Wi-Fi / Radio options missing
- In 5GHz, the 160 MHz related options are missing.
- Also missing the ability to pick 2.4GHz and 5GHz band
- In Wi-Fi security, the security type selection is not clickable (stuck on WPA2; cannot change to WPA3 or WPA2/WPA3).
- Advanced settings heavily reduced
- In Advanced settings, “a lot” of options that used to be there are missing
Do you have a beta/hotfix firmware for Deco X60 V3 / EU that restores these options?
If not, is a downgrade possible for, and to which version do you recommend downgrading?
Thanks!
