Can not delete old networks in the Deco app.

I have 3 BE65 and 3 BE3600.

Right now it is only the BE65 which are running.

We got some internet issues from the supplier, so I have to restart my BE65 and install them from the beginning again.

But my problem is that I had to name a new network every time. So now I can see at our phones, pc and other devices that all the old network still is online.

It seems that the wi-fi connect also is getting worse, so I want to delete old networks or start to a fresh start so I only can see one network.

I have try to delete in the app, but I think that I can not find the old networks there.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Can I have the current firmware version on the Deco BE65?

Have you tried to factory reset the Deco one by one(holding the reset button for 1 second only)?

Then make sure all the old SSIDs disappeared from the WLAN settings on the mobile devices, only Deco_xxxx(the last 4 characters of the MAC address) are left, which are the default SSIDs of each Deco.

And wait until all the Deco units are blinking blue, then set up the Deco units on the Deco App again.
