Model: Deco M9 Plus   Deco X50
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I hab a system where I had the modem this was connected to the a switch from a switch i ran a cable to a m9 deco as main and all the other decos 2 m9 and x50 where connected via WiFi to each other. worked fineert everything in the switch was connected to the basically an other ip address. so I changed the setup. I put the x50 between the modem and the switch made it my main deco. so now I have modem-> x50 outdoor -> switch from the switch I still have cable to one of the m9 and the Other 2 are connected via WiFi.

in the old system I had homey already connected to the WiFi of the decos and I had connected all the homewizard sockets and p1 to homey via homewizard app. on there system it only finds 1 socket the other 2 it doesn’t find after changing the security from wpa2 to wpa/wpa2 I can find the 3 sockets but still can’t find the p1 meter

keep getting EHOSTUNREACH error. they are telling me it is due to the deco settings but don’t know what to change.

Hi, can I have the firmware for the Deco X50-outdoor?

On the Deco App, do you see all Homewizard sockets and p1 meter online and under the same WiFi network/2.4GHz on the Deco App?

-If yes, there aren't any extra settings on the Deco that might block the communication between the P1 meter and the Homey hub.

I'm afraid you might still need to reach out to device support to determine whether extra settings need to be enabled on the P1 meter, such as "enable the Local API":

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
